That is great, but wait until the 1 million shares which the company is selling under regulation 504D begin to hit the market. The company is selling free trading shares at $1.00 in an attempt to raise $1 million in cash. In light of this fact, the recent rise in the stock price is only smoke and mirrors so that the company could sell out their 504D offering. Nobody will buy $1.00 stock in the 504D when all other free trading shares quote on the OTC:BB are trading under a dollar. Furthermore, most astute investors will not purchase the 504D stock unless the company's stock is trading at least 25% greater than the offering price. Everybody get ready, the stock is moving up so the company could sell their 504D stock and then these unregistered securities will be sold in the open market. End result, the stock will come crashing down.
