18 stock they ask for physical deliver of their certificate.
19 THE COURT: Well, if they do, that's fine. But if you
20 get into a position that you can't deliver, I imagine that does
21 further damage to whatever legitimate value there is to this
22 stock. Okay? I think you understand me. Okay.
