Is the january 27 date really such a time bomb? Someone pointed out earlier that Valence could always take a smaller contract at a lower per-unit price that would give them little or no profit, in order to comply with the milestones if push comes to shove. Seems to me that takes a lot of pressure off, and makes all the sudden doom scenarios on this thread look a bit overblown. And I, for one, think we'll soon find out that the company will not have to resort to that tactic in the first place.
