Hi Peacelover, Your point is well made and it is something that must be addressed immediately. Although I would be happy to do it for you, it would be presumptious of me to get your personal info which would be required to look at exactly what is occurring in your CCI account, but may I strongly suggest you give Catherine Krell a call tomorrow morning after 8-9am Pacific Coast time as she is essentially running the CCI website and marketing. You can reach her at the TSIG toll-free number and just ask for Catherine Krell. If you get her voice mail, try and leave the info and ask her to call you back ASAP... and tell her it is urgent. She does return her calls. I'll also give her a call as well. She's very pleasant to deal with and you'll get action. This is an important matter and although it is probably a simple fix, I agree it must be done now... especially with things appearing as if they're about to start rolling.
