Mike, You sound like you have more confidence in my 7 cent guess than I do!!!! I called company today and talked to Mr Stephen Burke, the corporation's secretary. I asked for the earnings release date and he said the 3 rd quarter earnings report would be out on 1-23-97. Keep your fingers crossed! Also, if you want to know more about Uniplan, the product from Unilever that will be competing with Quidel's Safeplan once both products receive FDA approval (neither has filed yet), check out unipath.com This product is sold now only in the U.K. under the name PERSONA. Thought you may find it interesting - I also e-mailed this site to Mr Burke - thought Quidel might like to see what the competition is up to. I think the stock has shown somr nice volume lately, well over the 100,000 sh/day average- should be interesting come 1-23-97. BOB
