Glenn, do not forget how bad the fundamentals have to get before any analyst looking for IPO business will downgrade AMZN. Remember that all the analysts kept recommending Boston Chicken as a buy until the day after they declared bankruptcy. I'm surprised they went out on a limb and gave a "sell", I thought they'd probably just downgrade it to "hold".. :)
