RE: When will DSYS get re-listed?

DSYS won't get re-listed until after first quarter next year.

They can't be listed until they have 3 years of audited annual reports.

They refused to re-audit 1995 since their business was so small for that year and the auditor wanted $100,000 for it and they were within 4 months of completing FY98.
1996 and 1997 were audited. FY98 just ended.

So we'll get re-listed after FY98 gets audited, and they file the paperwork with the SEC.

That's the essence of my "clear idea" of when we'll get re-listed.

Good luck,
Ray
