Xlint posts, John, as usual.

My take is that if the company hasn't completed buyback, they indeed will want to do so below $20. To that aim, they may refrain from making positive announcements until their buyback is filled.

I have been curious about their motive behind generating the recent press releases. The first release by Frost & Sullivan is old news. The announcement of the registration of the convertibles was nothing new, and the "Jim Carreker Honored by PACT" announcement wasn't too inspiring either (gee great, a socialist running the company - just what I always look for).

Did you have a birthday, John? You used to be my age. Are you on the accelerated plan?
