Dear Starfish: I think it unlikely the Class Action lawsuits have a lot to do with current price. Such suits are becoming rather Passe in this litigous environment and significant awards very unlikely anymore especially in the case of lack of fraud etc. This case will, in my judgement be settled out of court and the only persons getting anything at all to speak of will be the ambulance chasin attorneys. I am hopeful, though I do not know for sure, that the company has insurance to cover in any event. I think that current price is more a reflection of lack of support in the investing community and lack of management being forecoming in its plans for the future or any other significant info from management.
