Thanks Keith, Al for responding. I plan to call E*Trade-Canada today and see if I can open up an account in Canada. I am interested in the rules for shorting stocks. Checking out if they are better for us traders than US rules. With these hi flying internet stocks, it opens up shorting opportunity. I'll post my findings. Happy Trading!! Jim
