Jeff, I don't think it matters that much. The overseas orderers probably have already experienced the shipping time and rate requirements from the US. I would imagine that whatever obstacles there might be in dealing with the overseas market are minor and can be dealt with easily. We are afterall now a global society so these matters should be either be not a problem or easily resolved. Regards Bob
