Paulo, The (bid and ask) is the spread. When a stock ,like INTC,has been as volatile the MM's make their most money! The most active volume options like the 130's,135's and 140's have had a dollar spread between the bid and ask for weeks now. The blood-sucking MMs are making a fortune. Hopefully Monday it will somewhat stop! It remains to be seen! We have been cheated out of at least a 1/2 to 3/4 points throught this current run-up of INTC. I have been in and out of option many times in the last 6 mos. and the spread has always been a buck. Good Luck,JP
