EINI and ECOI Announce Merger Negotiations

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Internet, Inc.
EINI and Eco-Resources International,
Inc. ECOI jointly announced today that they have had discussions with
regard to a merger of the two companies
and that a letter of intent has been signed. The merger is subject to a
number of conditions, including valuation
of the companies, joint management control, due diligence, and
shareholder and director consent.
EINI has agreed to a 30-day exclusivity period in consideration of the
receipt of $200,000 over a period of four
weeks from ECOI, $50,000 of which was paid on November 15, 1998.
