Dear Dwight: It takes a lot more than good patents to be successful. That is only the beginning. There have been many wonderful inventions stolen by others because the original inventor was unable to successful develop and market the product. The weaker the ccompany becomes financially the more I think will be extracted from it to secure adequate financing. This should have been wrapped up last year IMHO when they were still very strong and in a much better bargaining position. I LOVE this technology but I am concerned about DILUTION. JDN
