Dear Rob - indeed, I guess we were rather complacent despite the price weakness [and rightly so] since the company has been doing all the right things in the past year. At 1st, I feel very uneasy with the news; however, the Reuter piece [see below] biz.yahoo.com seems to show a plausible explanation. Mr Gergacz had the unenviable task to clean house. Now, it is done. So, even if there is some weakness reflected, I will accept that the company is doing the right thing. In that light, I actually feel good that the company is being proactive in its management. Ok, it is better if it has found a replacement 1st, but at least Mr Gergacz is staying on as a director, so I don't think there is any foul play. best, Bosco
