It gets very frustrating watching BERU continue to make 13-D filings on this stock and not have virtually anyone notice. The overall silence on this board is deafening.

In early October Beru AG, filed another 13-D reporting it increased its ownership to 767,000 shares in IMCO. I don't believe that there is any evidence that Beru had owned any stock prior to May 1998, and has repeatedly filed 13-d's since then.

If you check the NASDAQ site, and go to the SEC filings, you can check out all of BERU's 13-d's and the prices that they have paid for stock in private transactions and in the open market.
