IPVoice Communications Inc. Announces Schedulingof 'TrueConnect' Internet Telephony Gateways in Key Locations

Further Proprietary Enhancements to the TrueConnect IP System Announced
IPVoice Communications Inc. BB announced Monday that it has now received five signed agreements to begin the process of installing its Domestic and International Internet Telephony Network System through its TruePartner Program. The TrueConnect Gateways have been ordered by telecommunications companies in New York, Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Hong Kong and Spain. Further orders are expected shortly from customers in Greece, Turkey, China, France, Mexico and Great Britain as well as other parts of South America and Europe. Barbara S. Will, president and chief operating officer of IPVC said: "These are important steps as we build our global Internet telephony infrastructure. With the completion of these installations, IPVoice will be in a strong position to both originate and terminate traffic in these locations". Will continued: "These key international locations represent a traditionally expensive area for telecommunications. IPVoice and its partners in these regions will now be able to offer customers telecommunications services at a fraction of their traditional cost". "Our partners in these regions will now begin to allocate facilities for the TrueConnect Gateways, and as a necessary part of this process, IPVC is making adequate preparations to accommodate the large amount of traffic these locations will provide IPVoice. When these preparations are complete, TrueConnect will be shipped to our partners and their service activated." Says Anthony Welch, executive vice president and a Co-Founder of IPVC. IPVoice also announced that it has implemented a proprietary security system for its entire telecommunications network. This security technique prevents any form of data eavesdropping as well as preventing foreign systems from accessing IPVoice's network. This first-to-market technology was developed by IPVoice engineers to ensure the security of its network and its customers. IPVC is the developer and producer of unique proprietary state of the art software and hardware solution for use in IP Telephony. IPVC's premier product is an Internet Gateway named "TrueConnect", a gateway that allows users to conduct real time fill duplex high quality two way voice and data communication over the Internet. To support TrueConnect, IPVC has developed proprietary support products in the areas of order entry, billing, customer service, agent management and a switching network management system.
