ECHO - TA Turkey sez:

ECHO is bumping hard on the upper Bolinger Band. MACD crossed last month and has been on a slow, steady rise and shows signs of diverging. RSI is dribbling upwards. Money Flow has been erratic, but has shown a general downward trend since the beginning of November. Momentum turned sharply upwards last week. Price Oscillator looks like it may be trying to curve up, but it's a little too soon to tell. Stochastics are really "hinky" (technical term) and generally appear to be peaking. Stochastics are showing a really strange pattern, and I don't have my bible handy for matching the pattern. Accumulation/Distribution has been strongly negative for a long time, but appears to be curving up from "horrible" to "awful".

I don't see anything that definitively says this stock is going down, so it might even go up.
