According to First Call, VIAS is expected to report the week of Jan 22. I don't know the exact date. The mean EPS estimate is 0.12 vs. 0.10 last year. Are you concerned that VIAS won't make the numbers because of the acquisition charges? Usually, those special one-time charges are discounted from consideration. In my opinion, VIAS is very over-valued, any kind of bad news will easily halve its price. I am considering shorting VIAS but have not done so.
