AGM,
I just found out that in the USA we have a law that said
that if you have a minimum of US$2000.00 invested in
a company for at least 12 month you have the right to present a resolution to the BOD at the AGM.
Is anybody know if the same exist in Canada ??????
This could be a wake up call to management.
