Are you asking what a TDT is? or what makes those stocks TDT?

TDT is of course TomDThing.

The reason that they are TDTs is that they are pure takeover plays for me. ASND did some good things P&Fwise, but there is that DT or spread TT at $55 that will be tough to get through unless there is a buyout. I have OTM calls that will require the aforementioned buyout (or really solid rumors) to be worth anything. But they were cheap...

CS chart is nothing to write home about, but I believe that they are a candidate for buyout.

XYLN chart looks good, ITM calls make this the least TDT of all, but again, I am looking for the buyout.

OK, DELL isn't really a TDT and I have Deep ITM calls.
