Adam,

I sold my LOGC shares today at 5 7/8, to generate more cash also, but took a7-point loss, ho-hum. I guess I'm following Winner's advice and taking the loss to write down my taxes against my future (hope) IMPX capital gains, which I hope will be substantial come May 2-3.
