Purchase up to 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, approximately 10% of the shares outstanding, in the open market and in privately negotiated transactions.

So this says there are around 100M shares out. And if the company choses to carry through, the repurchase could be for restricted shares, and private transactions. So they could be repurchases at $1 per share. Wonder if the Dror Trust holds any shares?

At this time the Company has a high level of liquidity.

Then why are they paying a premium to acquire companies with stock at these deflated prices? Paying cash for the acquisitions would do more for the stock price than a possible share repurchase.

The 700K shares could have been those held by Mr. Gort.
