TO HELP OUT WITH THE CERT REQUEST AND TOTAL CAN YOU PLEASE SEND A P.M. WITH YOUR E-MAIL
ADDRESS SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU (Handshake and myself) with some inmportant info on how
to deal with the current agressive accumulation of short sale stock aginst the company
at this time. We seem to feel that the accumulation is very much aginst the investors of
MDIN, at this time and it would be to anyone's interst to have the proper understanding as
to how the issue can be stoped with rigorous messages sent through registration.

Thanks for your help in this and the many ways you help to stop the activities
of these rigorous positions aginst illegal activities by the shorters.

If sir Handshake agrees he will post a note to state the same as above.
