Call the company yourself and they will confirm that there is no alleged offering rather it is as real as real can get. Second, most of these types of offering are timed with some sort of promotional campaign. Therefore, I would not be surprised if a promotional campaign is starting to be launched. It appears that you might be part of it. Nevertheless, these 1 million shares will come out into the market sooner rather than later. No,I am not retracting me statement that the stock will fall back once the 504D offering is completed and the promotional campaign slows. Note, the decline in the stock price will be dependent on how tightly held the 504 shares are.
