Hey Mohan: I hope that the US places severe restrictions for to that $ 10 billion aid package. History showed that the money we gave to those countries -where corruption is a daily sport- went to the coffers of people in the government. Even food items were sold in the black market instead of distributed to the needy. Good thing that Clinton will not stop in Indonesia nor Malaysia. Don't want to appear of giving legitimacy to the oppressive and corrupt governments in there. As always, your posts are always enlightening. BTW can you possibly have a chat with Kumar, probably in Hindi?(VBG) Regards Paul.
