Yes, as insurance against recession in '99. The fact
that there's absolutely no inflation, strongest signs
of slowdown in a long time, and even unemployment is
rising, should give the Fed nothing to worry about. There's
not much risk on him easing, but potentially a lot more
risk if he doesn't.
