Andrew, 110MM accrues interest at 8%. Principal + interest convertible after 3 years at a price between $14 and $20. Therefore with assumption of 3 years P+I=aprox. $144MM. At $14 that is additional 10.3 MM shares or just in excess of 50MM shares. At $20 it is 7.2 million additional shares 47 + MM shares. go2net.newsalert.com
