Hi Andre'. All of us on this thread contributed to Scott Adams article and we have Scott to thank for the results. it has become a topic of discussion now and it is up to us to keep it in the fore-front. Your problems you describe, continue to contribute to the "vacuum tube" technology that the banks and regulatory commissions provide to Canadian traders!! I would highly recommmend an appropriate article in the Montreal Gazette would assist us all in our pursuit of "fair and equal treatment"!! I am preparing an article for the National Post, hopefully they will publish it!! We shall see!! the Chief
