DD,at this point I am seriously thinking of filing a lawsuit against Netscape---it is impossible to get hold of them---I can't find any telephone # on their site,and I have no e-mail,so I can't contact them this way---I think I will file a lawsuit and then pay Business wire to put out a press release "Lawsuit against Netscape for the pain and aggravation of bug infested browser"---and you know if I do get them on phone they will say "you must have done something wrong"--or "O yes that is known bug--tough luck--hahahaha!" Max
