I was also thinking of unloading some on strength in the next few days to be able to take advantage of some other prospects and to lock in profits. Good luck on your new house. I forgot about granite kitchen counters when we discussed options earlier, but I see your wife didn't. That's great and another of the items I would definitely want. Sounds exciting. Hope you're having fun. As for the boat, depending on the size of the lake, you might have fun with a 16' day sailboat. We had one previously, named Raz ma Taz and it was lots of fun. If it's a big lake, 6-800 miles of shoreline and good depth, a bigger sailboat is also great fun. (did that too in Va.) Thanks for your posts, Lee
