I just heard that the $1.56 Mil was the handle. So as usual I was fooled by the company. First the unexpected dilution from 4 Mil to 11 Mil shares outstanding then this. I wonder how they expect to earn $1.4 Mil on $5.4 Mil in revenues(handle)? Seems to me there is something fishy here. I guess I will hold off on any big money being invested till I see the filed financials(if any).
