Sagawa believes Ascend shares could fall to $40 to $45 without a deal. And Achramowicz said Ascend is worth about $40 a share, or about $8 billion, on a fundamental basis. No wonder WSJ/DJ revenues are off. It's BS like this and other conservative, good ole boy attitudes WSJ espouses that made me and apparently quite a few others let their subscriptions expire. Coming out of the WSJ/DJ I find this article inherently bullish. GO ASND!!!!!!!!!!!
