Rick M., YOu mentioned that the CB were worse than junk. What do you mean by that? Since they were sold very quickly and not even at the top of the range of possible interest rates, I don't think the buyers considered them "worse than junk".

Iomega's run rate at the end of Q1 was over 290 million; without any further ramp up they practically have a 30% increase in revs in the bag. Without jaz ramp costs, the eps increase will be even higher. My thoughts are 330 million revs and over .25 eps. With increases like this raising capital will be necessary, but it will also be easy.

Also, with inventory turns increasing from 4 to 6 (now) to 8+, this will decrease their need for cash.

There will be a new floppy standard in the next couple of years; it will be gradual; it will be the zip.
