Hi Leroyt, From the 3rd Qtr statements they mention the following; "..It is expected that the transaction will be completed during 1998's fourth quarter after receipt of the tax rulings... Well it's now mid Nov so they only have a few weeks left in 1998 to get it done. regards, Terence Mitchell
