HP came out after the market was closed and said things are starting to soften in Latin America. But, no this couldn't hurt Vitech which has 207 DSOs when adding back in what they are on the hook for from sold off A/R. Also Vitech's 202 days of inventory will help too as sales start to slow and then fall.
