Hi Trey ..

Just heard Bob Pisanni (sp) explain my liquidity/401k theroy on CNBC .. Of course I got no credit.

I had some data incorrect. I had thought that there was ~50billion in money market funds. I was wrong .. there is now $158 billion waiting for the next dip setting in money market funds.

The charts whispered today that the fed will cut by .25. The market will sell the news to the tune of about 400 DJIA points between the peak Tuesday and the bottom on Wednesday.

Am currently 75% cash. My only debate today was to target close Tuesday or close Wednesday to shift to 100% invested.

I opted for the day after. Order has now been placed to shift to 100% invested in small cap fund effective close Wednesday.

In other words, with $158 billion waiting on the side, and dip will be short lived. Tighten your seat belt.

Gersh
