Dale I agree 100% with Anthony. Even if EGRP didn't have the shares the trades were done. Somebody made a profit off your trade and should be YOU! Force EGRP to prove that the trade never occurred on Friday and they didn't pocket the profit. If it went the opposite way EGRP would have bought to cover and made you eat the loss. Fight it you have an excellent case! Good Luck! Rory
