rory: It will be interesting to see how EGRP plays this. I imagine that if enough traders make enough noise about EGRP reneging it could damage their franchise significantly, especially if the story hits the front page of the money section of the WSJ for a few days. The best thing these folks can do for themselves is to E-mail all the details of this fiasco to Grep Ip at the Wall Street Journal. If enough people speak up, it could be a massive PR nightmare for NASDAQ too. Charlie
