Jim Perry says that they had already booked revenue from the first three hundred heaters as part of their engineering contract. Revenue for the remaining 1700 is booked as they are shipped.

The delay in ramping up to 200 / month was caused by training and vendor supply problems which are largely addressed.

They are also due fee upon approval of the initial production test report which they recently submitted.
