Thank you for your thoughtful response. I wasn't sure of the insider trading rules that you wrote of. It is too bad that earnings reports create such havoc with a stock and its investors (as I'm finding out with myself). I guess the earnings reports are becoming more important me because I own ORCL and it missed by a penny last quarter, still grows its revenues by 31%, and gets hammered over the next few weeks. Hopefully a different story with SUNW.
