Irby, 'just cause' seems to be a very vague term in order for company to do drug testing. I don't think companies will let this get in the way of testing employees for drug use.

The market for drug testing is still big, however, since companies may still test new employees for drug use. This market will still exist even if companies cut back on testing existing workers.
