VVVVBG Has it made any converts?>> You know...it's something I believe in...the way Dell does business reminds me that some companies do things the right way...where I teach every day they remind me of how not to get things done at all....The more familar I am with Dell's way of doing business...the more obvious it is why people are telling others about Dell....telling others and passing on the good news IMO is the reason why Dell is becoming a culture...And the others think that just going direct will change things...IMO it is a futile attempt!! As Michael Kwatinez remarked on the CNN Fortune episode..."if all the others are attempting to emulate Dell...imagine where Dell will be in five years?" Best, kemble Best, Kemble
