Clark: As you correctly inferred, the quote was taken from Marc Cabi's note regarding the formation of WirelessKnowledge. You know, I am convinced that if Qualcomm announced a cure for AIDS, Marc Cabi would immediately vilify the company for contributing to overpopulation and world hunger.
