No, that is just a rumor going around. Shareholders of record on the record date of November 3, 1998 are the only shareholders that qualify for the Anything Internet dividend. The transfer agent basically takes a "snapshot" of the shareholder record books on that date and pays accordingly. Unless someone wishes to part with their current holdings, which is highly unlikely, the only way to purchase more Anything Internet stock is on the open market once it starts trading.
