Earning isNOT as important what FORWARD statement they will say.

If earning is within range, but forward statement is great the
stock will soar. In people would expect that forward statement
would be great given the recent news, etc. We know that they areNOT
to announce split since they don't have enough shares authorized
to do so. Thus, IMHO, FORWARD statement is the KEY.
