The reason it hasn't happened yet is known at M.A.D. Mutually Assured Destruction. Or better known as the "Balance of Terror". Did you all know that Adolf Hitler possessed both chemical and biological weapons, to include the first nerve agents, Tabun and Sarin, yet never deployed them in any force during WWII?? Why not?? We had limited Chemical and Bio weapons as well. But we could deliver them, he couldn't. Saddam needs NBC capability in order to preserve the security of his regime. We won't let him have them. Someone will have to blink.. Expect surprise UN inspections later this week and a US push to visit the presedential palaces without notice. It's time for hardball.. Regards, Ron
