still lurking... (which was why I chose the moniker, as SN was the quintessential lurker)

Nothing much to add, except that a few weeks ago I called my broker when MAPS was at 10 1/2 to 10 3/4, my broker says to me "the size on the ask seems a little heavy", so I say, "OK, split the bid, I'll see if I can save an 1/8". !@#$%^&* ed if the next day we're over 11, and I finally pulled the order last week. I figured that since they preannounced and there was no movement, I still had time to add to my position.
