I read wrong... Sorry, I misread a line that said TSQD recorded a gain from issuance of DRIV. I do not know what that means, but on reflection it does not mean TSQD sold any stock. Sorry! But at least we know TSQD exercised its option to buy those shares for $1. Who was the guy who was worried it wouldn't happen? So we are back to where we left off, 18K in cash. That is hardly enopugh to make payroll and pay rent. They will have to exercise that credit facility, or issue more stock. And if they are building inventory, they need even more cash. Things are looking interesting, but I am back to investing just in DRIV. I had some hopes that TSQD could carry its own weight, but it is just flat. DocStone
