I think we have been led down the garden path a bit with all this news hype. This news release will be a non event since the 500 kg sample is just being reprocessed from the original bulk sample. I think most people felt that this sample was fresh kimberlite. Only recently have we found out otherwise. We also learned last week that the cores are not even at the lab yet! This means at least another 3 to 4 weeks before we have anything new. The only positive thing we could hear now would be the plans for the winter program. If they were to get going early - Say in December then I think we would get a jump. I hear MPV is starting work on their bulk sample shortly so lets hope WSP follows suit. Of course it will be tough to plan any program until all the cores are analyzed so the chances of any work being done before February is pretty small.
Am I missing something here? Why do we think this upcoming release is so important?
